BQ27500 How to build bqfs to include dfi when I only have dffs

I have a dffs that was built a while ago and don't have the original dfi file.  I know flashstream can combine a .senc with a .dfi to create a .bqfs but is there a way for me to combine the .senc or reference .bqfs with my .dffs?
