Good day!
I can not understand why the battery 13,4Ah shows when charging 32Ah (Passed Charge).
Current and voltage correct. As calculated a parameter Passed Charge?
Thank you

Onyx,
Device BQ34Z100. I have long been in correspondence. Last post

Calibration is complete. Voltage and current is correct.
Why now after charge (discharge) during relax time Full charge Capacity, Remaining Capacity and State of Charge reset to 0 ??? (see logs 6507.28.06.2013_learn.log)
thanks
Sergey,
The passed charge should get reset at certain points. Please send your log file and I will check to see if it is working properly.

Tom,
All the information and the question in the previous message. Repeat 0880.28.06.2013_learn.log

Sergey,
I reviewed your data and the Passed Charge is accumulating at a 2.5x rate higher than what it should. If you calculate the passed charge based on the current and time, then the accumulated charge matches the full charge capacity. I am not sure what could cause this unless it is a calibration problem. Are you sure that the current was calibrated properly and the negative sign was entered when calibrating? If you want to extract a .senc file and send it to me, then I will load it into a pack and analyze it further.
Tom
Tom,
I spent a calibration using bqEVSW 0.9.86. The calibration is correct (program data and multimeter measurement match).
ONLY I'm using a shunt 0.025Om (Passed Charge is accumulating at a 2.5x rate higher). May be in this case?
Although CC Gain = 25mohm. I do not understand.

another question
What is the difference between .senc files and .dfi files?
Can you record in the manufacture a .senc file instead a .dfi file?

Sergey
I have been away from the office since I received your senc file, but I will review it when I return to the office on Monday. Changing the sense resistor should not affect the passed change. You will see it change, if you scale the current to a different value. e.g. Use a 2A current for calibration, but enter -1000mA into the calibration program. The senc file contains everything in the flash memory. IF and DF. The dfi file only contains the data flash portion of the flash memory. A .rom file also contains just the data flash portion of the flash memory, but it also contains header information about the device type. We are moving way from supporting .dfi files, because a device can be corrupted if the wrong dfi file is loaded.

Tom
Tom,
If I understand correctly, I can write a senc file instead dfi(rom) file?
How to do it without bqEVSW? (which protocol, sequence of commands?)
