Because I redo an old design, i'm looking for Year to End Of Life for product LM809M3 -2.93 and LM8093-4.38.

Does TLV809I50 replace LM8093-4.38. ( I know about threshold) ?

Does TLV809K33 replace LM809M3-2.93 ?

What's about the YEOL of both product ?

Hi Thierry,

The TLV809 are p-p compatible and can replace the LM parts. However, the RESET threshold on the 5V rail is slightly different than the LM part. 4.55V rather than 4.38V. For relability data, this can be found on IC's product web page under MTBF details. Below are the links to their individual reliability data.
