I am trying to obtain the golden file of a battery with a Bq27510EVM and GaugeStudio but I am having some problems at the beginning. If I connect my Bq27510-G3 the GaugeStudio doesn't see anything anymore as shown in the images below:

I changed the firmware to G2 using the Bq evaluation software and the GaugeStudio is seeing the battery and everything but nothing is working, this I understand is because the GaugeStudio isn't compatible with the G2 :
