BQ2031 Schematic MPPT / Level-Shifter/Driver

Hallo!

I've designed a SLA battery charger with the BQ2031. The components and schematic are nearly the same as on the eval board DV2031S2. The following conditions are present:

Battery: 12V/7Ah SLA
Charging Current: 2.5A
Bulk-Voltage: 14.4V
Float-Voltage: 13.8V
Precharge Timeout: 5h

Option for charging with DC supply and solar panel. So I attached the MPPT circuit from the application note SLVA378. The problem is that the values of the resistors  are not clearly readable. Can anyone check the values in my schematic for the desired conditions (Float Voltage, Bulk Voltage and the MPPT circuit)?

Also I want to replace the level-shifter and gate driver circuit with an easier one with less components. In the schematic I use the NTP2955 (replacement for MTP23P06V). Is there an logic-level high side switch (smart fet/profet ...) on market that can handle the pwm of 200kHz?
