Hi, I need the thermal resistance from junction to case (theta-jc) for LP2996M/NOPB. The datasheet provide only junction to ambient.
Theta(jc)top information for LP2996M is not immediately available.
I presume that this information is for the calculation of a final Theta(ja) value when mounting additional heat-sink to the top of the package.
I just have submitted a formal request to the packaging group for this information. The packaging group disclaimer is two week turn-around, but the typical turn-around is closer to 5 business days.
