Hi all,

I am designing an LED driver of 18W in which i have used TPS92310 and used it in COT(Constant on time) mode. Now i wanted to add an traic dimming to it and i got reference from "slvu830.pdf" in which the traic dimming is done. but i am unable to understand how does it work exactly.

Also i have question that if i want to have variable dimming in design than buy putting an potentiometer at Comp pin will do?

Also i would like to know the use of Resistor parallel to Filter inductor which is after the Rectifier Diode.
