HELP URGENT: TPS3808G33 RESET_B always stay at "LOW"

Hi, Im using TPS3808G33 for my reset signal. However, my RESET_B always stay at LOW.

I have measured my SENSE signal it is 3.3V, VDD=3.3V and MR_B=3.3V.

I have attached my schematic here. What is wrong with my design??

We had the same issue with the TPS3808G33DBVT parts, date code 1236M. All 5 pieces we tried were always low on the reset output.

We then replaced them with a different date code, and now the circuit works.

Hi Soon,

Is it possible to connect with your local TI FAE so that they can relay unto us the IC's information such as lot trace code, ship trace code, or a picture of the reel label where these failures were observed?
