Now we are considering to use TPS40210 based on PMP4650 reference design.

Then we would like to know this accuracy of output voltage.

We understand that the output accuracy itself is depended on the accuracy of each resister, we are using about 1% resister on many cases.

Hello,

In the PMP4650 the output voltage accuracy depends on the resistors of the voltage divider R16 and R23 plus the precision of the LTL431A; they are both 1% so, worst case, the total precision will be 2%. The internal error amplifier of the TPS40210 does not play any role because the loop is closed on the TL431A.
