TPS or LM25

Hello my name is Alexander and I am a student of electrical engineering at the University of São Paulo and I need one for my project SMPS with input voltage of approximately 7.4V and 16V. The output should be 3.3V and current is unlikely to reach 2.5A. I wonder what the most suitable SMPS family of LM, tested the TPS54394 and got a lot of noise in the output. I also wonder what the differences are between the families and TPS LM, because although the LM2576 showed an outdated practice performance and immunity to noise over the family of TPS.

    As a student, it is your job to learn the differences in the many possible implementations to solve your requirements.  There are many possible solutions to your needs, each with their own challenges and benefits.  You can look at power.ti.com to see all the power solutions available for your needs.
