LM5007 Problem at Switching Node

Hi,

I need to convert 45-55V DC to 12V DC and I obtained the following design from WEBENCH. 

Things look good on the WEBENCH simulator, but I am not able to get the desired output in hardware.

The waveform at the switching node is nowhere close to the expected waveform. Is there anything wrong with the design or components? Is there something I could check to better understand the issue? Any suggested solutions? I checked Vcc to be 7V and the bootstrap capacitor is of the recommended value. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated!
