Gas Gauge for LiFePo4 Battery with CAN Bus Communication

Hi community,

I'm actually building a 4S LiFePo4 car battery and searing for a gas gauge which can put SoC/SoH on the CAN Bus.  Is there already a chip for this application or can I build this with different chips together?

I really appreciate your help :)
