Hi Can you please provide the following information for the TPS3808G33DRVR  Part ?

1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)

 2. Typical Power dissipation (Pd typ)

3. Maximum Power dissipation (Pd max)

4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA

5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

6. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)

7. Weight

    1. Please see the abs max rating on page 2 of the datasheet: 150 degC.

    2. Typical Power dissipation depends on operating conditions: Pd is approximately VDD*IDD

    3. This will depend on the ambient temperature and ThetaJA so as to not exceed the maximum junction temperature of 150 degC. Tj = Ta + ThetaJA*Pd

    4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA) is 290 degC/W as seen in the electrical characteristics table on page 3 of the data sheet.

    5/6. Assuming minimum current consumption, the theta JB and JC value is useless in an application because the temperature rise is insignificant. 

    7. This is shown in the Quality section of the device product page. The device weight is 9.4 mg.
