bq20z65EVM Terminate Discharge

Hi there,

Is it possible to automatically stop the gas gauge from discharging the battery? And which parameter needs to be set?

I want the gas gauge to terminate discharging (switch off the DFET) if the overall pack voltage is at 14400mV. I set the Term Voltage to 14400mV. But when running a learning circle the window displays : Discharge to 13200mV. However, I need the gauge to terminate charging at a cell voltage of 3600mV. I can set the CUV in the 1st level safety to 3500mV. Would it least stop discharging if one of the cells is at 3500mV or a bit less? Why is the DFET not turned of when a TDA is set, or at least when the remaining capacity is 0%?

Thanks for your help,

Markus
