What options are there to heatsink the module to a coldplate? The module is in a environment where there is no force convection and currently the only way path for the heat to dissipate is through the PWB that is solder to.
I'm assuming the hot components on the module are the 6 components, which I believe are transistors. I would like to know the Theta JC for this part if it is available. I tried to look up the part on the actual part but I had no luck. P/N: K0301 0C2 533S.
