Load transient response of TPS54610

Hi,

          In my design, the load changes from 0A to 3A (CH4) and 3A to 0A. I found the Vout deviation direction is not as Figure 19 in the datasheet.  Does it mean there is a big issue in my design?The load is an e-load. I post the schematics. Could you give me suggestions?
