Why i can't use the PTN78020 library that is exported by Ultra Librarian?

Hello everyone, i'm having a trouble please help me to solve it.

 

I've just bought the PTN78020 (http://www.ti.com/product/ptn78020w)  to make the power module. And like many products, T.I's supported the CAD file (.bxl). All others products i  use the Ultra librarian are OK but when i do the same thing as before i have the problem. I follow the instruction herehttp://www.accelerated-designs.com/help/Eagle_import.html Ultra librarian exported the ptn78020.lbr succesfully and i have copied to lbr folder and updated all the library. But when i created a new schematic to design the new board, i cant find where is the ptn78020.lbr? Did i do someth wrong or i missed something? Please help me

    The applcaitons schematic  which requires input and output capacitance plus an adjustment resistor  for Vout  is located in the product specification . There is no other electrical data. The mechanical layout data is located  on the TI WEB site under the product number.
