How to disable the watchdog timer function of the TPS3824-33DBVT(TPS3823-33DBVT) ?
Is it maybe the enable function pin of the /MR Pin of the TPS3824-33DBVT?

Hi Andy,

Leaving the WDI pin unconnected disables the watchdog timer feature. Just open circuit the WDI pin. If you want to enable and disable the Watchdog then see this application report.
