Good days,

From TPS2501 page 3, Vin Quiescent current maxium is 20uA, VAUX maxium Quiescent is 480uA.

May we check why Vaux Quiescent current is so high?

    Looking at the test condition, we see that it was selected  to turn the booster switching off and the USB switch on.  The boost controller selects its bias power from the higher of its input or output voltages.  So the Vaux current represents the bias power for the USB switch and the boost controller (while the switching action has stopped).
