TPS73101/Accuracy of TJ = -40 ℃ to125 ℃

Hi.

We have obtained questions of  TPS73101 from our customers.

Please tell me the accuracy of the over temperature range of the TPS73101.

How do I calculate the accuracy of the over temperature when I set the output voltage by a variable resistor TPS73101?

best regards
Yusuke.
  • Hi Yusuke,

Vout Accuracy over the operating temperature range (Tj = -40 to +125 degrees C) is plus or minus 1%.  For your future reference,  this information is in the Electrical Characteristics section of the datasheet.

    Very Respectfully,

    Ryan

  •  Ryan-san,

    Thank you for your information.

Do you become the accuracy of Vout if taking into account the accuracy of the variable resistor to the 1%?

1% (accuracy) Is it value in consideration of the Internal reference part of the blue line?

    Best Regards,
    Yusuke,

  • Hi,

We have obtained questions of  TPS73101 from our customers.

➀Can you tell me the internal reference voltage accuracy of the TPS73101 in Over temperature range “-40 to 125℃” ?

➁The following figure shows the Data sheet P.3 「Vout Accuracy」.
Is output voltage accuracy  value in consideration of  Internal reference accuracy?

    Best Regards,
    Yusuke,

  • Yusuke-san,

The accuracy for Vout includes the internal reference accuracy.  Over the entire temperature range (-40 to 125 deg C), the accuracy of Vout is within 1% as shown in the table snippet you posted.

    Very Respectfully,

    Ryan
