TPS65217D battery usage

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3352

Hi,

I am using TPS65217D as PMIC for AM3352 processor. This is a battery operated design. SYS pin out from PMIC is connected to a buck-boost regulator which generates constant 4.2V. This 4.2V output is used as input for PMIC internal regulators and LDOs. This is working fine when battery voltage is >3.7V

According to datasheet, BAT voltage can be as low as 2.75V. In our case, when battery voltage is <3.7V, 4.2V from regulator is constant but no PMIC voltages are generated.

Can anyone have solution/suggestion related to this problem??

Thanks,

Usha
