inrush current of TLV70225.

Hello!

I need an information about inrush current of TLV70225.

I have observed value of 1.34A_peak/20uS.

Can TI guaranteed this usage?

If can not guarateed then let me know  about occur a problem.

Is there possibility of Burning ?

    Hi Shing,

    Could you tell me a little more about your application?  Where are you measuring the current at?  Is it before or after the LDO?

    Also, what are the sizes of your input and output capacitors?

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    This is LDO output current. (after LDO)

    Here is capacitors information :

     -input capacitor :  1uF 1pcs.

     -output capacitor:    1uF 1pcs. ＋ 0.1uF 10pcs. ＋ 10uF 3pcs.

    　output Loard: IC  2chips :  

       output Voltage 2.5V  200mA  Loard,,  inrush current 1.34A_peak/20uS.

       input  Voltage 3.3V

    Hi Shing,

    Sorry about the delay, I had to check with the design team.  The part can handle an inrush spike of 1.34A_peak/20uS.
