The TPS51206 datasheet says VDDQSNS max is 3.5V. However, its first page also states VTT output range is 0.5V to 0.9V for DDR applications with VDDQ at 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.35V, etc.
Can the TPS51206 be used reliably to track a VDDQSNS voltage level higher than 1.8V, such as 3.3V, to get half of the voltage level at VDDQSNS for VTT/VTTREF such as 1.65V (higher than the stated 0.9V)?
