BQ24133 for 9V adapter, 2 cell , 2A charge current

Dear Sir,

We want to use BQ24133 EVM to do the 9V adapter, 2 cell(8.4V), 2A charge current.

But the charge voltage stop in 8.2V when use  9V adapter, 2 cell, 2A charge current.

Could you let me know the duty cycle and how to modify the EVM for 9V adapter, 2 cell(8.4V), 2A charge current?
