How to use Multiple Devices(Match ID Rom is used) on BQ2022A EVM

Now i am using the BQ2022A EVM. I can use the "Single Device(Skip Rom is used) " function properly and i can read both socket devices separately. But when i place two BQ2022 on both sockets and use multiple devices function, it can't work. Error information as attachment. Can you help me on it? great thanks!
