how to chose the right capacitor type

For my application I need a capacitor that has very low leakage current.

0.01uF ,2nA @ 3V bias. can anyone recommend me a specific type of capacitor to buy?
and another of 4.7uF lowest leakage. 

Ceramic/ Tantulum etc which type should I use?
