Any Replacer For TPS79401DGN (2.5V Vout)? I need Iout> 300mA

Right now I am using TPS79401 (MSOP PowerPAD) as 2.5V supplier.But I found that Iout is not enough.TPS79401's MAX Iout=250mA. I think I need at least 300mA.

From TI 's website I can not find right one.Would you like to help me ? Contact me and Thank you~!

I don't know if by replacer you mean pin compatible. Not pin compatable but similar with 500mA output is TPS73501.

Thanks for your info. Pin compatable is what I need.Because I do not want to change my PCB.

The TPS79501 is pin for pin compatible. It is a 500mA part.
