Can I use TPS40210 for below conditions?
I can't find any reference design and can't simulate by Webench.

<condition 1>
Vin : 20V(min), 40V(max)
Vout : 150V
Iout : 500mA
 
<condition 2>
Vin : 20V(min), 40V(max)
Vout : -150V
Iout : 500mA

If we can are there any refference circuit ?
If we can't are there any other device for above conditions ?
