Hello~

Customer using UC2525 but want to know below questions?

1. what is main difference between UC1525B/UC1527B and UC2525B/UC2527B?

  - UC1525B/1527B temperature range is -45deg to 85deg, but UC2525B/2527B is 0deg to 70deg. What makes main difference in operating range performance?

2. In design(blockdiagram or actual design level), which part is quite depend on device operating temperature range?

    Choi,

    1. As highlighted in the datasheet difference between UC1525B (-55C to 125C ) and UC2525B ( -40C to 85C) is the temperature range. Parts are tested and guaranteed over the temp spec range.
    2. UC1525B is only available in ceramic DIP package thus can withstand higher temperature. see pg. 8 of datasheet under package information.
    3. UC2525B is only available in plastic package
    4. What is the application is it military
    5. Both parts are from the same FAB.
    6. Design block diagram , design is the same for the two parts UC1525B vs UC2525B.
