I used the EV2300 communication with the EVSW , but there is the problem : USB timeout

I have tried with two different computers,but there is also the same problem ,how can I solve it. Thanks!

What gauge are you using? Also, what windows version are you using. If using windows 7, download and install as an administrator the drivers from this link.

thanks! I tried it. but it is still USB timeout . (win7 with win7 dirver)

We use the IC bq34z100. The application circuit refer the datasheet Figure 7. 1-Cell Li-Ion and 5-LED Display

Now,I suspect the EV2300 is bad, how can I test the EV2300 was Ok?

I do not have expertise on the bq34z100, but I would suggest testing on a system with windows xp to see if indeed the ev2300 is faulty. The drivers on win 7 has been known to sometimes act up. Also, if you have an evm for another device, you may try it out on the ev2300.
