bq24100: Disabling the safety timer

According to the bq24100 datasheet the safety timer can be disabled by tying the TTC pin high. What is the minimum voltage that needs to be applied in order to do so?

    Refering to the functional block diagram, any DC voltage will stop the oscillator and thus the counting.

    If you want termination then stay above 0.25VDC and to qvoid counting by noise, stay away from the 0.75V counting reference, thus 1 to 4.2VDC is good.

    The TS bias is a good choice
