Or Load switch like TPS25910 but UVLO is 2.5V?

Here customer hope get Load switch and have reverse current blocking function and UVLO is 2.5V.

May here have other suggestion part?

Hi Bogey,

As of now, the minimum operating voltage range is from 2.9V.

TPS2590, TPS25910, TPS2420, TPS2421 are the options with 3.0V operation.

Can you please help me with more details of your application which needs 2.5V UVLO and any other key factors being looked at.

Hi Bogey,

Additionally, you can look at our products TPS255x series. these are defined for low voltage operation 2.5V to 6.5V.
