problem with bqconfig and gauge studio

I want to configure my battery.

I am trying to use bqconfig and gaugestudio attache are the error I get while activating them:

I am using windows 7 64bit.

the ev2300 works with bq Evaluation Software after using 64bit drivers.

what is the problem.

Try a complete uninstall of bqConfig and Gauge Studio and then reinstall. There are known issues with Gauge Studio not working on some systems. If it still doesn't work, EVSW is still available and you should use that. Manual configuration of data flash parameters will be needed, but we can help with that. There is also a TRM that can assist in configuring the data flash.

thanks for the answer. I tried a lot to uninstall and reinstall nothing worked. I work with EVSW but cant configure my gauge.

what is TRM? can you please provide link.
