Hi experts,

                    I got stuck with choosing an LED Driver for my application could you please somebody help me to choose Appropriate Driver.My Specification is given below.I have to drive High power Osram LEDs as Flasher for my camera about 100ms.

Input Voltage-5 to 12v

Current-2.8Ah

Output required-15-20V

Current -2.2A

    Hi Bhojaraj Gangolli,

    TPS61500 may fit your demand. Just take care of the peak current in the inductor, there's 3.8A current limit of the NMOS in this device.

    Hi Bhojaraj Gangolli,

    I'm sorry that 3.8A is the typical value, and you should take 3A( the min. value) for your reference. I have checked the input/output parametre again and found that your max. output power can cause a high input current. So I'm afraid you need to find some device which can sustain higher peak current than TPS61500, could you show more detail about your applications? Why the input voltage is 5V min., could it be higher.
