I am using the ev2400 to try to data flash a bq27531-G1 evm. I am using Windows 7 64-bit and I installed the ev2400 support components. I tried using the bqsw and it seems to detect that I'm using a ev2400 but won't detect the bq27531 or battery. I have also tried GaugeStudio and the same problem occurs: ev2400 is recognized but not the bq27531. The bq27531 seems to otherwise operate normally with the exception of interacting with the ev2400: I can charge the battery using a 12v source and I can discharge the battery through the system pins. Any advice on how to get the software working?
