The only minimum temperature is the -65C storage temperature. However, the data sheet specifications only apply between 0C and 125C. Operation below 0C is possible, but performance is not guaranteed.

Can you reply it whether you do not destroy it, and UA78L10AC can work to several degrees Celsius at temperature less than 0 degrees Celsius?
For example, UA78L10AC work to -40 degrees Celsius without destroying it?

Masami,

The 15V and 5V have version that are rated to -40C. Therefore the uA78L10 design is in theory capable of working down to -40C. The device will not be damaged by using it between 0C and -40C. However the data sheet parameters only apply down to 0C, therefore you will need to assume the risk that comes with using the device beyond the data sheet specifications.

The LP2951 adjustable regulator can be used to provide 10V, 100mA and supports-40C.
