50mV output DC source

I need a fixed 50mV output voltage with a few miliamps of output current. The simple and obvious solution would be using a 1V output source and a voltage divider with a variable resistor for fine tunning.

Is there a better way of doing it, such as a better ripple/noise, consumption, temperature stability, etc?
