BQ24308 with higher OC trip

Hi,

we're trying to displace an On Semi NCP367.

Iit looks like the BQ24308 is close except the internal FET can't handle the customer required 2.9A trip current.

Do we have any other devices I should consider or have we looked at any external FET approaches?
