problem with FC in bq27530

I am using bq27530 EVL. no matter what I tried I cant use bqeasy no in win7 nor in XP it simply doesnt work.
1. who can help me to understand why doesnt it work (no bqeasy icon is added to bqevsw)?
2. I tried to do learning cycle like was writen in other bq product PDF nd gave learning command 0021. in the pdf it is writen that the FC bit will rise in the end of the charge but I see that the current drops the charging finished )(the led is off) but the FC doesnt rises. why is that and how can I solve it?
3. I dont know my battery chemistry how can I teach the bq its chemistry?

  • 1) The bq27530 device doesn't have a bqEasy plugin. Instead, it uses a standalone alone tool called bqCONFIG which can be downloaded from here:

    2) FC is set when proper charge termination is reached. This will be easier to troubleshoot if you can produce an EVSW log file and a GG file with DF settings.

    3)Battery chemistry can be found by looking for your cell model in the list (if you know it). If not, you can use the chemistry selection tool and follow the instructions:

    when I try to activate bqeasy this the error messege I get (the picture is in that post).

    regarding 2  tomorrow I will produce a log file.

    regarding 3 I installed sluc138 not sure if it was bi or not but the bqevsw didnt changed. I can choose a chemistry from a list of batteries (is this what it did? and i was not aware of it?) but may battery is not there.

    I dont believe that  my battery will be there - it is contego 325mAh from a company called eaglepitcher. this is rare kind and I wanted to generate a chemistry by myself because I dont know if there is something I can take from the list. how do I do it?

    1. no matter what I tried ( and I tried alot - uninstall reinstall drivers + sw on xp and 7 ) I couldnt make bqeasy working. the error message is the same as in last post link.

    3. I install the file - while installing it is skipping the file - because I install it before, but nothing is cahnged in the bqevsw does something should be cahnged?
