DCH010515DN7 Problem

Dear MaciejKucia , We had purchased DCH010515DN7 for our industrial application. The data sheet says that this is 3 KV isolated (Input-Output). When this isolation is tested with a hipot analyser, continuous arcing sound can be heard from the transformer at a very low voltage of 800 - 1200VAC. The test was conducted by connecting DC/DC converter's input and output to the analyser with out any other circuit. Later, the high voltage input was connected thru a custom made current coil and connected to an oscilloscope to plot the findings which confirmed the fault. Several DC/DC converters were tested with same results. Could you test this in your lab and provide a solution? How could TI claim 3 KV isolation when it is not even withstanding 800VAC? Expecting your support, Regards, Madhu.
