Hello~

If BQ27541 chip does not contain the initial firmware or contains the wrong firmware (In this case, GaugeStudio seems to be unable to communicate with BQ27541.), is there a way to record the firmware at the customer field without dedicated equipment such as GANG programmer??

Can you clarify which version of bq27541 you have? Is it V200 or G1?

What do you mean by "record the firmare"? I assume you need to know what firmware is on the device? You can check the firmware version of the device through the Control Status register ( address 0x00). Send the firmware version command (0x0002) to Control Status and then read back from Control Status. EVSW can be used if Gauge Studio isn't auto detecting. Simply open it up, ignore the error screens, then choose the 541-G1 option.
