How to charge a bank of supercapacitors

Hi,

I have a bank of supercapacitors using 12 supercaps 2000F/2,7V in serial corresponding 167F/32,4V.

To charge this bank, i have a power supply with providing 20V to 30V.

It is possible to charge this bank? How to balance all the supercaps during charging?

Please furnish me with information or links to relevant ICs, application notes and circuit details.
