question about mppt using of sm722445 and bq24650

hi,

 I test  the sm72445  evaluaion board ,when input is above 30V and without load connect output ,the input  consume current is above 100mA, I think may be some trouble ,how do you think? 

The other question is about BQ24650,when i use MOSFET IRL7833 replace the SI7288,  the input  consume current is more than 20mA,that is why ?IRL7833----Qg=32nc,RDS(on)=3.8mΩ,Ciss=4170pf,Coss=950pf,Crss=470pf.
