Constant current 8A step down converter

Hello,

based on LM2576 with which constant current can be easily achieved, I have got a question:

I would like to make almost similar construction but with current of at least 8A.

Typical Input would be 12-14V up to 28V.

Coverter will drive LED - each 10V, 1A connected paralelly.

Which SIMPLE SWITCHER would fit this goal and if non any other that would be affordable?

Maybe cheaper would be tide together 2 or 3 cheap SIMPLE SWITCHERs (like LM2576) but how to do it.

Almost any Simple Switcher with an 8A rating could be used; like the LMZ13608.

Paralleling two converters requires special care and I would avoid doing that.

I've checked out datasheet of LMZ13608 and it looks quite ok. As I understand there is no external coil.

I've ordered 1 sample.

The only problem I see right now is this switcher is not available enywhere in my country.

Do TI have any info about interferences from Switchers to VHF band and any precautions?

The data sheet shows some EMI results in the VHF band. That is all the data we have for that.
