Hi.

Can I use TPS54331 under the conditions described below?

■Vin=20V,Vout=1.2V,Iout=0.5A

The simulation was able to be carried out in Webenchi and SwicherPro.

But, it will be less than the value of Minimum on time(max) of a data sheet.

That is operating at close to the limit. The worst case is that you will skip some pulses. To avoid this completely you could use a lower frequency device such as TPS54233 or our newer synchronous TPS54335 or TPS54336.
