I am afraid , thanks in advance , please comment on this

In TPS61222 step-up converters to power LEDs from a AAA 1.5V battery (step-up to 5V).

We would like to know more about the stability of the output voltage V_out when it is set to 5V.

I seen the range of 4.82 to 5.13V in datasheet, but that seems to be a population-level statistic (including variation between units).

Would anybody able to provide an output voltage range / variation for a) A single TPS61222 unit through its entire life b) A single TPS61222 unit over a short period of ~5

A single IC will likely behave with a much tighter range of Vout, but this is not guaranteed nor specified. I'm also not quite sure how it would help your application if each individual device had a smaller tolerance?

For a more accurate device, see the TPS61070. You can also drive an LED directly with the TPS61260.
