Hi everyone,
I'm designing a regulator with these characteristics:
- Input voltage: 6 - 30V
- Output voltage: 18V
- Output max. current: 0.5A
The regulator is working perfectly with the MOSFETS 2N7002P and SI7414, but with SI2308 and DMG6968 they burn instantly when I turn the device on.
The test was done with ~18V input voltage.
Anyone could help me to explain why the si2308 and dmg6968 simply burn instantly? They have some characteristcs that I missed?
