Can the the power good pin of TPS54325 be used for power en of another TPS54325 ?

Was the power good pin of power ic such as the TPS54325 designed for the power sequence?

    Yes you can use the power good pin for sequencing.  Be careful about your pull up voltage.  power good is not active if the TPS54325 is disabled.  So if you pull power good up to an external supply and disable the TPS54325, it's power good will be pulled high and be seen as "good".  i recommend using the device VREG5 as the pull up voltage.
