I am looking for 600 W DC-DC converter solution with input 14VDC to 30VDC and output 48VDC. Can anyone help me? solution can be in isolated as well as non isolated manner.

You could try the TPS40090. there is a reference design, PMP2445 its on the web.

You may also want to check out the LM5122 for synchronous rectification.
