Dual LM3409HV implementation: Better to have same frequency or different?

Hello,

   I have an application where I'll be running dual L3409HV circuits, 48V in, 8A 42V out. Is it better to have both of them be on the same switching frequency or different?

    Hello Derek,

    If you switch them in different frequency, say 300kHz and 400kHz, you can actually produce a frequency that is the difference between them (100kHz for this example), which may cause EMI issue. So my suggestion is to switch them in same frequency.
